The attraction you are about to experience is an "immersive death game."

To maximally heighten immersion, participants wear a collar that delivers an electric current.

Persons who experience discomfort from strong vibration or strong stimulation to the neck caused by electric current, or who feel any anxiety, are asked to please refrain from participating in the experience.

Safety Confirmation and Consent Form

With regard to the use of the collar-type equipment (hereinafter "Collar Device") distributed for the purpose of participation in the "Alice in Borderland" Immersive Death Game (hereinafter "the Attraction") at Immersive Fort Tokyo (hereinafter "the Facility"), I have confirmed and consent to the following matters.

During the game, the Collar Device will deliver electric current for under two (2) seconds per time, and will do so not of my volition. (The perceived intensity of the current will vary by person, but its strength is less than that of home-use low-frequency therapy devices.) When the current is delivered, wearers will feel electrical stimulation in the form of tingling or strong vibration.

I am at least 15 years of age and the first 31 March has passed since I turned 15 years of age.

I do not use any of the following electrical medical devices.

  • ・Pacemaker or other in-vivo implanted electrical medical device
  • ・Electrocardiograph or other worn electrical medical device

None of the following statements applies to me.

  • ・I have a cardiac defect or illness, or abnormal blood pressure
  • ・I am pregnant or have recently given birth
  • ・I have a malignant tumor
  • ・I have a sensory disorder due to diabetes or other advanced peripheral circulatory disorder
  • ・I have a skin abnormality (infection, wound, etc.) in the neck area
  • ・I have a body temperature of 38℃ or higher (fever)
  • ・I have a spinal fracture, sprain, torn muscle, or other acute (painful) affliction
  • ・I have severe blood circulation disorder
  • ・I am in a condition that requires rest
  • ・I am in a state of severe fatigue
  • ・I am under the influence of alcohol
  • ・I have eczema or another skin disorder
  • ・I have a metal allergy
  • ・I am undergoing treatment at a medical institution
  • ・I have a mental disorder
  • ・I have a back, neck, lower back, or spine disorder
  • ・I am experiencing dizziness
  • ・I have claustrophobia
  • ・I am in poor health
  • ・I require an service dog

When using the Collar Device, I will follow the instructions of staff (Mates) of the Facility and will not wear it except at the neck (back of the neck).

I will ensure that all four metal electrodes attached to the collar-type device make firm contact with the entire flat surface around the neck (back of the neck).

I will not bring the Collar Device into contact with metal objects (necklaces, etc.).

I have removed all items (necklaces, earrings, piercings, etc.) that could catch on the Collar Device.

I will not spray moisture on the Collar Device or bring wet skin close to it.

I will not strongly bend or break the main unit, belt portion, or electrode portion of Collar Device, drop the Collar Device, or otherwise apply strong force to the Collar Device.

If I feel any physical abnormality while using the Collar Device or need to remove it, I will immediately ask staff of the Facility (Mates) to remove the Collar Device.

During the game, I can retire at any time. If I wish to retire, I will promptly inform the facility staff (Mate) of my decision.

Until returning the Collar Device at the end of the Attraction, I will not use the Collar Device within the reach of small children or allow it to be touched by others.

When electric current flows from the Collar Device, I will follow the guidance of the cast or staff of the Facility (Mates) or cast and lower my posture.

A small metal box is attached to the Collar Device. When the Collar Device is worn, the small metal box hangs from the neck to the chest area. I understand that falling or colliding with surrounding objects while wearing the Collar Device may cause the Collar Device with small metal box to strongly impact the chest, neck etc. and result in injury. To avoid falls or collisions, I will walk while watching my surroundings carefully during the experience, and will not run or make sudden changes in direction.

I understand that I will be using a smartphone during the game. To avoid falls or collisions with other guests, I will be vigilant of my surroundings while moving and refrain from operating the smartphone while walking.

After the Attraction ends, I will return the Collar Device to the designated location.

I will not touch or move any displays or installations within the facility.

Even when consenting to the above, the staff of the Facility may deem some persons unsuited to participate and may deny participation.

※To test the current in the Collar Device before the experience, ask a nearby staff member (Mate) of the Facility.

Inform the facility staff (Mate) of my decision.

I understand that this attraction prohibits spoilers. Therefore, I will not disclose any information related to the game's content or production that could lead to spoilers on the internet, including blogs, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

I understand that this attraction prohibits spoilers. Even if I participate again, I will refrain from behavior such as giving hints or providing answers to other players that could be bothersome.

Smartphone Use Confirmation and Consent Form for the Game

In this attraction, we will use your smartphone's web browser. To ensure a comfortable experience, please confirm that your smartphone meets the following conditions:

  • ・Fully charged. *The experience lasts approximately 45 minutes.
  • ・Able to connect to the internet. *Data charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be mindful of your remaining data allowance.
  • ・Web browser is not set to Private or Incognito mode.
  • ・Cookies are enabled in the web browser settings.
